This funny picture book will have you rolling with the outside speaker asking why Earl, the puppy, always wags his tail. He wags his tail when he eats, plays ball, in a field of flowers…pretty much all the time. But, what makes Earl’s tail wag? Mooch, the cat, tries to provide an answer, but only manages to come up with one by the very end. With Patrick McDonnell’s style, the creater of MUTTS comic strip, you’re sure to enjoy.
