Bad Kitty’s antics make Uncle Murray’s week miserable, while Poor Puppy is an innocent bystander. When Uncle Murray brings out the cat-eating vacuum cleaner, Kitty goes ballistic. Uncle Murray barely makes it through the week in one piece, and his sanity is in question by the time Kitty’s owners return. When Bad Kitty’s owners return, they have a surprise for Bad Kitty that sets up a great sequel!
Bruel’s black and white illustrations and droll dialogue are hysterical. This is a fun family read aloud book, especially if you happen to have a cat in the house. There are even several pages of Uncle Murray’s Fun Facts about feline foibles.
