We have a fun new cookbook in the Children’s Room all about putting food on sticks. There is every kind of kabob you could imagine in this book, from “Pizza on a Stick”, with pizza crust, pepperoni, chunks of cheese, and fresh veggies, to “Caramel Apple Kabobs” with red and green apple chunks and caramels alternating on a skewer. There were so many ideas that I couldn’t wait to try, and this would be a wonderful book to use with a picky eater–bood is much more fun when it’s deconstructed, and when you can help with the assembly. This really is a great option for all ages.
