• Forgive Me, I Meant to Do It By Gail Carson Levine

Have you ever said “I’m sorry,” but didn’t really mean it? This could be a great book for you! It is full of apologies that didn’t come out quite right.  You’ll read apologies from grandma in the Little Red Riding Hood story, and one from the witch trying to trick Hansel and Gretel. These poems will make you laugh and so will the fun illustrations! It’s a great collection of poetry that shows you “what not to do.”
