Assistant Technology Consultant for North Central Kansas Libraries System
Assists in providing technology support to NCKLS libraries under the direction of the Technology Consultant. Duties include maintenance and initialization of library computer hardware, remote trouble shooting of library technology, maintaining a file of library technology plans and information, updating and maintaining websites. Requires the ability to travel on a regular basis within the state of Kansas.Requires a minimum of 2 years university, community college, business school, trade or technical school with a degree or certificate in computer technology, a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in computing technology support, a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in education, training and/or customer service, and a minimum of two (2) years’ experience with local area networks, server administration, operating systems and typical office software.
