Join our free summer reading program to earn prizes for reading this summer!  Register online now.  Attend weekly storytimes or clubs for your age group to have fun with books, music, games and crafts!

Free Kids' Movie
Every Friday, 2:00 PM, June 7 - August 9
Additional morning shows on some Fridays at 10:00

Starting June 7, come to the library every Friday afternoon this summer for a free movie! Children under the age of 8 must have a parent or caregiver with them or in the building.

R.E.A.D. with Dogs
Every Sunday, 2:00 - 4:00 PM

Children can sign up to read to a certified therapy dog for 15-20 minutes. The R.E.A.D. (Reading Education Assistance Dogs) program gives kids the opportunity to practice and enjoy reading in a fun environment. Come read to the friendliest dogs around! 

ZOOfari Tails Storytime

Friday, June 28, 10:00-10:30 AM

Join us in the auditorium for stories and songs about animal dads, led by Sunset Zoo docents and library staff.  Kids will have a chance to see and touch some animal artifacts from the zoo. When you arrive, get a ticket for the free book drawing (provided by Claflin Books and Copies) and a punch card to be entered in the December drawing for a free family zoo membership for 2014.
